According to the Implementing Regulations to the Social Support Act, all social service providers, including NGOs, registered at the Agency for social support, are obliged to yearly submit a report on their activity related to social service delivery to the Agency by May, 31. A special template for the report with certain questions was introduced for the past two years. It does not have to be supported by other documents.
According to the Implementing Regulations to the Social Support Act, one of the conditions for striking off the registry of a social service provider is the non-performance of activity related to the registered social service for a period of one year. When, above all, the delivery of the service is intended to start in the nearest future, the programs which the provider has applied for and/or the financing that he is expecting should be indicated.
We would like to remind you that all registered persons should inform in writing the Agency for social support about all the changes to the circumstances entered in the registry, within 7 days from their occurrence.
