In the beginning of June 2009 the application procedure for participating in the Black Sea Fellowship Program for the sixth Black Sea country – Russia has been opened.
The application form and other required documents should be submitted no later than 4 pm on 30 June 2009 to the local Open Society Institute in Russia at the following address: 16/2 Tverskaya, Moscow 125009 Russia, Carnegie Moscow Center.
