In the middle of September 2009 the application procedure for participating in the Black Sea Fellowship Program for the seventh Black Sea country – Moldova has been opened.
The application form and other required documents should be submitted no later than 4 pm on 18 October 2009 to the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law at the following e-mail address: pavleta@bcnl.org
