In the beginning of May 2009 the application procedure for participating in the Black Sea Fellowship Program for the first two Black Sea countries – Romania and Azerbaijan has been opened.
The application form and other required documents should be submitted no later than 4 pm on 31 May 2009 to pavleta@bcnl.org for Romanian candidates and no later than 4 pm on 1 June 2009 to 117A, Acad. Hasan Aliyev street, Baku, AZ1110 for Azerbaijani candidates.
